Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
Email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number and return label. A 5% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please note, we cannot supply prepaid return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping for all returns coming from outside the United States. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise.
