HOLIDAY RETURNS: Purchases made on alpinecashmere.com from November 1st to December 23rd can be returned through January 10th. All other claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund. To return an item, email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number and return label. Please note, we cannot supply return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping for all returns coming from outside the United States. All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise.
