REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS
In order to receive a refund, all items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: Purchases made on www.alpinecashmere.com from November 1st to December 23rd can be returned for a refund through January 10th.
All other claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
To return an alpinecashmere.com item, email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number and return label. Please note, we cannot supply return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping for all returns coming from outside the United States.
