SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want to get your Alpine Cashmere items to you as soon as possible and so strive to ship orders placed by noon EST the same day, but that isn't guaranteed. Typically orders ship within one business day. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. Shipping time is calculated based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. We offer the following shipping options (estimated times are for domestic shipments only): UPS Ground (1–6 business days), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. HOLIDAY RETURNS: Purchases made from November 1st to December 23rd can be returned through January 10th.
All other claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
To return an alpinecashmere.com item, email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number and return label. Please note, we cannot supply return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping for all returns coming from outside the United States.
All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note that many of our products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations are a natural result of this process and add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece.
